GATE 2014 Encyclopedia is a mobile application for Android developed by AppsForAll. The application is a complete package for information for everything related to GATE exam. The UI is clear and simple. All the information are presented so clearly. The application was spoken high of in Education Plus of The Hindu. Everything that you need to know before, during and after the exam is available. Unlike other similar applications, the entire information is available offline (with the exception of Question Papers, which needs an one-time download). So you do not need constant internet connection while using the app. GATE 2014 Encyclopedia is available in the Google Play Store and has a rating of 4.5/5 from 116 users.
PROS:
*Offline access
*Covers almost everything about GATE
*Up-to-date information (from our verification, we found that all the information provided in this application is up-to-date for GATE 2014)
*Small size (1.5M) and extremely light load on processor
CONS:
There aren't any major disadvantages with this application. But some users might find the interface to be amateurish, but that too has its own merits. The light interface enables the app to run smoothly on any device with little load on the processor.
